1. 24x7 SIM card blocking service

You can report the loss of your payment cards at 1800-419-4000 (toll-free number). The service is available 24x7 and lets you block your debit and credit cards with just one call, eliminating the need for you to visit or contact each bank individually.

2. Emergency travel assistance

If you are stranded while travelling, you can avail of:
  • Emergency advance for hotel stays -abroad/India
  • Replacement travel ticket advance – abroad/India
  • Emergency cash benefits in India

3. PAN card replacement

Get free replacement of your PAN card, if it is lost or stolen

4. Mobile SIM blocking

Wallet Care Entertainment+ also provides SIM/IMEI registration and SIM card blocking services

5. Complimentary fraud protection

  • Get coverage of up to Rs. 2 lakh against cards fraud, including PIN-based fraud, phishing, tele-phishing

What's not covered in Wallet Care Entertainment +

1. Losses occurring under intoxication

The plan does not stand if the item is lost or stolen while you are intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, toxins, or narcotics.

2. Deliberate losses

Losses occurring directly or indirectly from any act of forgery or fraudulent/dishonest act committed by you concerning the payment card, with an intent to defraud the card issuer, are not covered under the plan.

7. What is meant by the welcome pack, and when do I get it?

Your welcome pack will contain the following:
• Confirmation letter, which contains membership information about your wallet care protection plan
• Registration form from where you get to register your card details
• Membership guide with all the details listed within
• Terms and conditions

The welcome pack is dispatched to your registered email ID within three working days from the membership creation day of your wallet care protection plan.

8. What should I do if my travel tickets, wallet and passport are stolen when I am abroad?

If you find these essential items missing, you should call the 24x7 helpline number 1800-419-4000) or call 6000-4000 (city STD code to be prefixed) immediately. We will ensure the cancellation of the lost cards and contact your card issuers accordingly. We will coordinate with the hotel and directly clear the expenses.

9. Can the membership be cancelled anytime I wish?

Yes, there is an option to cancel the membership at any time. You can call the 24-hour helpline for assistance in this regard or write to us. If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the set-up date for membership, you can get a full refund of your initial payment. However, this is possible if you have not made any claims until then.
