The company derives a substantial portion of our revenue from the supply of transformers to public utility companies including
government entities who constituted 72.99%, 56.13% and 3.53% of its revenue from operations during the Fiscal 2025,
Fiscal 2024 and Fiscal 2023. Additionally, the Company's business is largely dependent upon the demand for power generation,
transmission and distribution which is closely linked to Government policies. Any economy downturn or change in
government policy may have an adverse impact on its business, financial condition, cash flows and results of operations.
A significant portion of the Company's revenue is derived from government-controlled entities, who follow the tendering process for
determination of suppliers. The company may be adversely affected if the company does not succeed in all or a majority of the contracts that the company tender for or are abstained from bidding new tenders.
The Company's order book may not be representative of its future results and its actual income may be significantly less than the
estimates reflected in the Company's order book, which could adversely affect the its business, financial condition, results of operations
and prospects.
The Company's significantly depend upon few of the raw material suppliers for its manufacturing activities. Volatility in the supply
and pricing of the Company's raw materials may have an adverse effect on its business, financial condition and results of
operations.
Any under-utilization or inability to efficiently utilize its existing manufacturing capacities could adversely affect the Company's
operational efficiency, financial performance, and future business prospects.
The Company's depend upon supply of distribution transformers for a significant portion of its revenue from operations. A reduction
in purchases of these transformers could adversely affect the Company's business, results of operations and financial condition.
The company is significantly dependent on its relationships with key customers. The loss of one or more of these key customers,
or a reduction in the volume of business from any of them, could have a material adverse effect on the Company's revenue,
profitability, and overall financial performance.
Any delays in manufacturing, supply chain, or third-party execution may result in liquidated damages or order
cancellations.
The company is subject to strict quality requirements, regular inspections and audits. An inability to maintain the quality of its
products could lead to the cancellation of existing and future orders, recall claims or warranty claims and penalties.
