Addictive Learning Technology Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of ' Addictive Learning Technology Private Limited' dated September 12, 2017, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. The Company converted into Public Company and name of the Company was changed to ' Addictive Learning Technology Limited' through fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 29, 2023 by RoC, Delhi. The Company is a professional upskilling and career services edtech platform which caters to senior & mid-career professionals, and in some cases to young professionals as well. It offers professional upskilling courses and training programs including Law, Finance, Compliance, Human Resources, Business Consulting, Artificial Intelligence, Content Writing and Data Science through three distinct brands LawSikho, Skill Arbitrage and Dataisgood. These educational offerings are designed to help busy professionals to learn high demand skills, develop a strong track record & access international as well as domestic freelance work and remote jobs. They cater to college students looking for advanced skills and recent graduates who are struggling to seek jobs. One of the major focus areas is to offer upskilling courses which enable learners to find career opportunities in the international market remotely. Some of the popular courses cover subjects like US Intellectual Property Law, US Tax Law, US Accounting, Bookkeeping and Corporate Compliances, International Contract Drafting, International Business Law, International Labour Laws, US Technology Law, US Corporate Law, US Real Estate Law etc. The Company came up with the IPO aggregating an issuance of 42,97,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 60.15 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 41,37,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 57.92 crore and the offer for sale of 1,60,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 2.24 crores on January 24, 2024. The Company launched a total of 32 courses in the financial year 2024-25, covering extensive content as under: 2754 comprehensive chapters (20 pages per chapter), 1850 presentation decks (equivalent to more than 3,000 hours of instructional content), 1,200 class scripts (supporting more than 2,400 hours of instruction), More than 750 case studies with detailed analysis and solution guides, 1875 practical assignments and simulation exercises (5-10 pages each), 1,941 professional templates (20-100 pages each). In 2025, Company built superficial AI applications venturing into DNA operations through automating sales and revenue processes with intelligent dashboards and voice agents; creating high-quality organic content at scale; streamlining support and service delivery with automated solutions; enhancing people management through productivity monitoring and automated training; and managing risk with AI-driven controls. It transformed sales from an art into a science by analyzing over 400 sales calls daily, rendering the traditional manual audit function entirely redundant. It established Arizona University of Management and Technology through access in global markets. It pioneered new channels for growth, initiated Brihaspati.ai, for the Indian market with accessible high impact courses. The live events capacity also doubled from external dependencies and strong enrolment.
