What is UPI?

The Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a payment system that allows users to transfer funds in real time. It was launched by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) in 2016. UPI enables users to instantly transfer funds between two bank accounts by using a smartphone or a computer. One of the significant benefits of using UPI is that it does not require you to provide your bank details, such as your account number, IFSC code, and other details while performing transactions.
