Checking your CA loan statement as a borrower is crucial to ensure timely payments and stay informed about your repayment progress. Here is how you can check your Bajaj Finserv CA Loan account statement both online and offline:

1. Through the website

To access your account statement and other loan details, you can use the Bajaj Finserv customer portal - My Account.

  • Visit the customer portal and enter your customer ID.
  • Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and proceed with the login.
  • Once logged in, navigate to the 'services' section and click on 'view details.'
  • Select 'E-statements' to view your loan statement online. Additionally, you have the option to download statements for your personal records.

2. Through the mobile app

For viewing statements and tracking other loan details, you can use our mobile app as well.

  • Download the Bajaj Finserv app from your smartphone's App Store.
  • Login to the app using your customer ID, email ID, or mobile number, along with your password.
  • Once logged in, navigate to your CA loan account and select 'E-statements' to view your statement.

3. Through our branch

If you prefer not to check your loan account statement online, you have the option to visit the nearest branch for immediate access to your statement.
It is important to manage your loan account by not only making timely repayments but also staying informed about every transaction associated with it. Your 'Statement of Account' provides details of all these transactions, including the number of EMIs paid, deducted fees, charges, and more.
