  • Visit the UPCL Consumer Self-Service Portal
  • Enter your consumer ID or mobile number linked to your account.
  • You will be redirected to your account dashboard.
  • Click on the ‘VIEW BILL/PAYMENTS’ option.
  • This will display your current bill and a list of previous bills paid, including their dates and amounts.
  • You can also download PDF copies of your past bills for your records.

  • If you already have an existing UPCL connection and receive paper bills, you do not need to register for online payments.
  • Simply access the UPCL Consumer Self-Service Portal
