How to make BSNL postpaid mobile bill payment online with Bajaj Finserv?

Following these procedures will allow you to pay your BSNL postpaid bill online via the Bajaj Finserv BBPS platform:

  1. 1 To open the BBPS payments page, click on 'Pay Now'
  2. 2 Enter your full name as it appears on your PAN card
  3. 3 Enter your 10-digit mobile number to 'Generate OTP"
  4. 4 Enter the OTP and click on 'Proceed'
  5. 5 Under the Utilities and Bills section, click on 'Mobile Postpaid'
  6. 6 Choose a biller from the drop-down menu
  7. 7 Enter your registered mobile number and click on 'Proceed'

What do I do if my recharge was completed successfully, but I do not receive the balance/ recharge benefit?

Since you have received the success response, we would request you to wait for 2 working days. In case still you do not get the balance/ recharge benefit kindly contact your service provider’s customer support directly mentioning the transaction ID/ order ID to get a resolution.

What do I do if I have recharged the wrong number?

Once the recharge is done, the transaction cannot be modified, since the top-up/ balance/ recharge benefits have already been delivered.
If you require further assistance, please reach out to your service provider’s customer support directly, mentioning the transaction id.
You can also raise a request in the ‘Transaction history’ section by selecting the transaction from your transaction history and raising a dispute on it.

What do I do if my recharge fails, but the amount is deducted from my account?

If your recharge fails and the amount is deducted, please wait for 48 hours. The amount will be credited back in your account or you will receive a recharge message shortly.

Why am I unable to make a recharge?

Check if you have entered the details incorrectly. Payment failure could also be due to an issue at the operator’s end. We suggest you retry after some time.
