Asian Paints Q1 FY26 Results - Net Profit, Revenue Growth and Dividends
Asian Paints, a leading player in the Indian paint industry, has announced its Q1 FY26 results, showcasing a mixed performance amidst challenging market conditions. In this article, we will delve into Asian Paints’ Q1 FY26 performance, analysing key financial metrics, segment-wise trends, stock reactions, and future strategies.
Asian Paints Q1 FY26 results overview
Asian Paints reported a net profit of Rs. 1,100 crore for Q1 FY26, marking a 6% decline compared to Rs. 1,170 crore in Q1 FY25. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 6,885 crore, reflecting a marginal dip from Rs. 6,900 crore in the same quarter last year. Despite these challenges, the decorative and international segments demonstrated growth, driven by festive demand and favourable currency movements.
The company continues to focus on cost optimisation and expanding its rural penetration to counter the impact of rising input costs and muted demand in certain segments.
