any adverse developments affecting this vertical could have a disproportionate adverse effect on its

The company has Order Book of Rs.2,172.42 million as on June 30, 2026. However, its Order Book may not be
representative of the company's future results, as projects/Orders included in its order book may be delayed,
truncated, modified, or cancelled, and notice of awards may be withdrawn or may not translate into
confirmed orders, which may have an adverse effect on the company's business, results of operations and financial
conditions.
The company operations involve execution of multidisciplinary engineering projects that are inherently hazardous
and expose it to significant operational, environmental, health and safety risks.
The company does not own any vessels and are dependent on its customers for the provision of vessels, marine assets,
equipment and related logistics support critical to the company's project execution, and any delay in availability, non availability or disruption thereto may adversely affect its business, results of operations and financial
conditions.
The company's business is dependent on its ability to attract, recruit and retain technically qualified and skilled
personnel which is critical to the company's business, and any inability to do so, or any loss of such technical
