• Eligibility Criteria: Applicable to Selected customers who are communicated via SMS/notifications over the Bajaj Finserv Mobile App who carries out successful Bajaj Pay UPI transactions of minimum Rs. 3/- except Bajaj Pay Wallet Load transactions or Bill Payment transactions over the Bajaj Finserv App.

DEFINITIONS: Following words shall for the purpose of these terms and conditions, be defined to mean as below:

• “BFL” refers to Bajaj Finance Limited.
• “Bajaj Finserv App” shall mean the mobile based application made available by BFL, through which the Customer can purchase Bajaj Pay FASTag & make toll transactions.
• “Bajaj Pay FASTag” shall mean FASTag issued by BFL which is a reusable tag based on Radio-Frequency Identification Technology (RFID) that is affixed on a vehicle’s windscreen for toll payment and collection.
• “Customer” refers to the customer who is an Indian citizen and has purchased Bajaj Pay FASTag from BFL during the Offer Period.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the respective periods beginning from 00:00 am on 05/04/2024 until 11:59pm on 30/04/2024.

1) “Reward Offer”

• Get Flat 10% Cashback on successful toll transactions from Bajaj Pay FASTag valid only for 1st three successful toll transactions from Bajaj Pay Fastag.

2) Eligibility Criteria: The select customers who fulfill below conditions will be eligible for the cashback reward:

A) Customers who have received communication via Notifications over Bajaj Finserv App and / or SMS, Social Media Campaigns; and
B) Customers who already have an existing Bajaj Pay FASTag; and
C) Customers who carry out their 1st three successful toll transactions via Bajaj Pay FASTag in the current month during the “Offer Period”.

3) To participate in this Promotion and to be eligible to receive a Reward, the Customer

a. must be a citizen of India having minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 65 years;
b. should have purchased Bajaj Pay FasTag through Bajaj Finserv APP.

4) Under this Promotion, every Customer who transact from the Bajaj Pay FasTag during the Offer Period and further fulfills all the criteria specified by BFL, shall be eligible for Flat 10% cashback on 1st three successful toll transactions via Bajaj Pay FASTag. Eligible cashback amount will be processed within 7 working days of successful toll transactions via Bajaj Pay FasTag.

5) Offer is applicable only if the toll transaction is done via Bajaj Pay FasTag.

6) Participation in this Offer is completely voluntary. BFL does not, in any manner guarantee any minimum reward to any customer.

7) This offer is available only to citizens of India in select cities. Customers must not participate in the Offer if they are prohibited by the respective State, municipal or other local area body laws from participating in such promotions or if such offers are not permitted to be offered within such jurisdictions. For avoidance of doubt and specific clarification, this Offer is not applicable to the State of Tamil Nadu.

8) None of the reward promotion / offer involve any betting and / or wagering of money.

9) A Customer can qualify only once for the Reward during the Offer Period.

10) All applicable taxes, fees and levies (including ‘gift’ tax or tax deducted at source, where applicable) will need to be solely paid by the Customer(s).

11) Where the Customer has provided any incorrect information at the time of registration/providing information at the time of purchasing the Bajaj Pay FasTag at Bajaj Finserv App, for the Promotion, his/her selection will be subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of BFL.

12) This Promotion is a special offer for BFL Customers only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the Insurance Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in derogation to the Insurance Terms and Conditions prescribed by the Insurance Company.

13) Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by BFL to provide further or similar offers.
In case of cancellation of the Bajaj Pay FasTag, Customer shall not be eligible to receive a Reward under this Promotion.

14) BFL reserves the right to extend, suspend or cancel, withdraw or terminate the Offer without prior notice to the customer. BFL reserves the right, to add / alter / modify /change or vary any or all of these terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, the offer by other offers, whether similar to the offer or not, at any time, without prior notice.

15) BFL holds no warranty and is not representative of the Insurance Company for claim, the delivery, services, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality either of the insurance services made available to the Customer by Insurance Company.

16) BFL holds no warranty with respect to the quality of Services acquired or availed or their suitability for any purpose. Customers understands that any disputes regarding claim processing, delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the services must be addressed by the Customer directly with the said Insurance Company. BFL shall NOT entertain any communication in this regard.

17) Any images displayed by BFL are for illustrative purposes only. Characteristics of actual product / service may vary.

18) BFL shall NOT be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a Customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of FasTag or the Personal Accident Insurance Cover offered by such Insurance Company.

19) These Reward Offer terms are in addition to the Terms provided for in the Terms of Use of the Bajaj Finserv Application available at https://www.bajajfinserv.in/terms-of-use and the same shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use.

20) These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes if any arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra only.

Offer 8: Voucher on first Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA Creation.

• Get Reward in the form of Third Party Voucher Code upon successful creation of Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA during the Offer Period.
• Offer Period: This is a limited period offer valid from 11-04-2023 till 30-04-2023 during the happy hours duly notified to select customers via Flash Sales Banner having a Countdown timer (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Bajaj Finance Limited (BFL) without any prior notice to the Customer unless revoked by Bajaj Finance Limited (“BFL”) without any prior notice to the Customers.
• Reward: Reward shall be in the form of Third Party Voucher Code which can be redeemed by the Customer on the concerned Third Party Website/Mobile Application (“Third Party Platform”) as notified in the Push Notification received by the Customer.
• Eligibility Criteria: This offer is eligible for the selected customers:
  i. Who are communicated via Push Notifications over the Bajaj Finserv App;
  ii. who have successfully created their first Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA During the Offer Period;
  iii. Offer is applicable only once per customer during the Offer Period.
  iv. Offer shall NOT be applicable to customers who does not receive the Push notification or who does not create Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA.
  v. Offer shall NOT be applicable to customers already having Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA or who previously had created and closed their Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA.
• Customers who fulfil the above eligibility criteria in compliance of these terms and conditions shall be rewarded with a Third-Party Voucher Code within 7 (Seven) days of successful Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA creation. The rewarded Third Party Voucher Code can be redeemed by the eligible Customer on the specified Third Party Platform as specified in the Reward Notification.

• BFL shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a Customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of Products/Services rendered by such Third Party over the Third Party Platform” and purchased by the Customer.
• These Reward Offer terms are in addition to the Terms provided for in the Terms of Use of the Bajaj Finserv Application available at https://www.bajajfinserv.in/terms-of-use and the same shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes if any arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra only.

Offer 9 : Get a Reward in the form of a Scratch Card having inherent value up to Rs. 100/- on 1^st Bajaj Pay Wallet Creation during the offer period over the Bajaj Finserv App.

Eligibility criteria: This offer is applicable for customers who successfully create 1^st Bajaj Pay Wallet during the offer period & duly notified over the App.

Offer shall NOT be applicable on users already having Bajaj Pay Wallet or who previously had created and closed their Bajaj Pay Wallet.

Scratch Card Reward Structure: Upon fulfilment of all the criteria specified by BFL under these terms and conditions, including those mentioned under Clause 2 and 3, the Eligible Customers may be considered for the Scratch Card Reward having inherent cash back benefits which may vary from Re. 1/- to Rs. 100/- basis the computer-based automated selection out of Eligible Customers.

Quantum of Reward: The quantum of assured cashback for amount may vary from Rs. 1/- to Rs. 100/- basis computer-based automated selection out of Eligible Customers.

The cashback amount shall be credited to the Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet of the customer as soon as the customer scratches the Scratch Card. The Scratch Card is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of its issuance and the customer shall not be entitled to any cashback amount if the Scratch Card remains unutilized within its validity period.

Customer acknowledges that the reward earned by him/ her and credited to Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet, cannot be (i) converted into physical/ digital currency; (ii) transferred to any bank account, (iii) transferred to any other Wallet; and (iv) cannot be withdrawn as cash.

This offer is available only to citizens of India. Customers must not participate in the offer if they are prohibited by the respective State, municipal or other local area body laws from participating in such promotions or if such offers are not permitted to be offered within such jurisdictions. For avoidance of doubt and specific clarification, this Offer is not applicable to the State of Tamil Nadu.

None of the reward promotions/ offers involve any betting and/ or wagering of money.

The Quantum of Reward received by the customer shall be as per the discretion of BFL basis computer-based automated selection from out of eligible customers and shall be binding on the customer. Customer hereby waives from raising any objections/disputes in any manner whatsoever.

BFL reserves the right to extend, suspend or cancel, withdraw or terminate the Offer without prior notice to the customer. BFL reserves the right, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, the offer by other offers, whether similar to the offer or not, at any time, without prior notice.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes, if any arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra only.

Offer 10: Get a reward of up to Rs. 30 on the creation of first Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA.

1. Offer Period: This is a limited period offer valid on first successful Bajaj Pay wallet VPA Creation 14-05-2023 till 31-07-2023, during the happy hours duly notified to select customers via Flash Sales Banner having a Countdown timer unless revoked or extended by Bajaj Finance Limited (BFL) without any prior notice to the Customers.

1. Time period for credit of cashback: The cashback will be credited in the Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet within 7 (Seven) days of successful transaction.

2. Eligibility criteria: The customer who will fulfil the below conditions will be eligible for reward:

• customers who have received communication via Notifications over Bajaj Finserv App and
• customers who create 1st Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA during the Offer Period over the Bajaj Finserv App.
• Applicable on all customers creating first Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA over Bajaj Finserv App (Version 9.0.4 & above).
• Offer shall NOT be applicable to customers who does not receive the Push notification or who does not create Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA.
• Offer shall NOT be applicable to customers already having Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA or who previously had created and de-register their Bajaj Pay Wallet VPA.

1. Customer acknowledges that the cashback earned by him/her and credited to Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet, cannot be (i) converted into physical/digital currency; (ii) transferred to any bank account, (iii) transferred to any other Wallet; and (iv) cannot be withdrawn as cash.
2. Cashback must be utilised for making utility payments towards valid transactions and availing specified services over Bajaj Finserv Mobile App.
3. Participation in this Offer is completely voluntary. BFL does not, in any manner guarantee any minimum reward to any customer.
4. This offer is available only to citizens of India in select cities. Customers must not participate in the Offer if they are prohibited by the respective State, municipal or other local area body laws from participating in such promotions or if such offers are not permitted to be offered within such jurisdictions. For avoidance of doubt and specific clarification, this Offer is not applicable to the State of Tamil Nadu.
5. None of the reward promotion/offer involve any betting and/or wagering of money.
6. Quantum of reward received by the customer shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute settlement procedure.
7. BFL reserves the right to extend, suspend or cancel, withdraw or terminate the Offer without prior notice to the customer. BFL reserves the right, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, the offer by other offers, whether similar to the offer or not, at any time, without prior notice.
8. BFL holds no warranty and is not representative of the delivery, services, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality either of the products made available to the Customer on such Third-Party Platform/online marketplace.
9. BFL holds no warranty with respect to the quality of products and/or Services acquired or availed or their suitability for any purpose. Customers understand that any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products must be addressed by the Customer directly with the said Third-Party Platform/online marketplace and that BFL shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
10. Any images displayed by BFL are for illustrative purposes only. Characteristics of actual product/service may vary.
11. BFL shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a Customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of Products/Services rendered by such Third Party over the Third-Party Platform or Online Marketplace and purchased by the Customer.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes if any arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra only.

Offer 11: Successful transactions over online platform using Bajaj Pay Wallet

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to and regulate to certain cashback related Offers displayed over Online Platforms where Bajaj Pay Wallet is enabled and can be used as a payment mode for carrying out the transactions over such Online Platform. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the terms provided for in the Terms of Use of the Bajaj Finserv Application available at https://www.bajajfinserv.in/terms-of-use and the same shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use.

1. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall be defined on the Online Platform and can be revoked or extended by Bajaj Finance Limited (BFL) without any prior notice to the Customers.
2. Reward: Reward may be in the form of Cashback or in the form of Scratch Card having inherent value of the Cashback as shall be notified on the Online Platform or in the Push Notification received by the Customer.

3. Eligibility Criteria: This offer is eligible for the selected customers:

i. Who are communicated via Push Notifications over the Bajaj Finserv App;
ii. Who have created Bajaj Pay Wallet;
iii. Who while transacting over Online Platforms and/or as notified in the Push Notification carry out successful payment using Bajaj Pay Wallet during the Offer Period;
iv. Offer is applicable only to such Online Platforms upon which Bajaj Pay Wallet is enabled and can be used as a payment mode for carrying out the transactions over such Online Platform.

4. Customers who fulfil the above eligibility criteria in compliance of these Terms and Conditions and the terms mentioned on the Online Platform may be rewarded with Cashback or a Scratch Card having inherent value of the Cashback as mentioned on such Online Platform. Cashback shall be credited to the Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet within 7 (Seven) days of successful transaction. In case where the Reward is in the form of a scratch card, the Cashback shall be credited to the Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet immediately after the Customer scratches the Card. Scratch Card once issued is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and the customer shall not be entitled for the reward where the Customer fails to scratch the card withing the stipulated validity of the Scratch Card.
5. Customer acknowledges that the cashback earned by him/her and credited to Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet, cannot be (i) converted into physical/digital currency; (ii) transferred to any bank account, (iii) transferred to any other Wallet; and (iv) cannot be withdrawn as cash.

13. In case of cancellation/refund of the qualifying transaction, the Cashback amount shall be recovered/or
adjusted from the refund amount. The Customer’s eligibility for availing the Offer under this Promotion and/or the Reward will be at the sole discretion of BFL.the Reward will be at the sole discretion of BFL.
14. BFL holds no warranty and is not representative of the delivery, services, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality either of the products made available to the Customer on such Third Party Online Platform/online marketplace.
15. BFL holds no warranty with respect to the quality of products and/or Services acquired or availed or their suitability for any purpose. Customers understands that any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products must be addressed by the Customer directly with the said Third Party Online Platform/online marketplace and that BFL shall not entertain any communication in this regard.

17. BFL shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a Customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of Products/Services rendered by such Third Party over the Third Party Online Platform or Online Marketplace and purchased by the Customer.

19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes if any arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra only.

Offer 12: Get Reward in the form of Cashback reward upon successful Transaction via Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI as per the below Offer A and B:

OFFER A

Select customers who carry out successful Person to Person transaction using Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI shall be eligible for reward in the form of Cashback.

Offer Period: The offer is valid from 31-05-2023 till 31-08-2023 (“Offer Period”), on Selected days for Selected hours as duly notified to the Customers from time to time. Offer can be revoked or extended by Bajaj Finance Ltd (“BFL”) without any prior notice to the Customer.

Reward: Get assured Cashback of 3% of the transaction amount subject to maximum of Rs 500/- on first ever successful Person to Person transaction through Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI of minimum Rs. 10,000/- during the offer period.

Eligibility Criteria: Offer shall be applicable for select customers who:

A) have received communication via Notifications over Bajaj Finserv App and/or SMS, Social Media Campaigns;
B) already have an existing Bajaj Pay Wallet and have created Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI ID:
C) carry out first successful Person to Person transaction during the calendar month of the offer Period for an amount Rs. 10,000/- or above, using Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI.
D) Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI transaction should be carried out over the Bajaj Finserv Mobile App version 9.0.4 or above for Android operating system.
E) Customers who have carried out Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI person to person transaction in the past are not eligible for this offer.
F) Offer can be availed only once in a month that too only for the first ever successful Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI transaction of Rs. 10,000/- or above.

OFFER B

Offer Period: The offer is valid from 31-05-2023 till 31-08-2023 (“Offer Period”), on Selected days for Selected hours as duly notified to the Customers from time to time. Offer can be revoked or extended by Bajaj Finance Ltd (“BFL”) without any prior notice to the Customer.

Reward: Get assured Cashback up to Rs. 40/- on first ever successful transaction towards payment of Fuel at authorized Petrol Pumps using Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI as a payment mode during the Offer Period. Minimum transaction amount should be at least Rs. 500/-.

Eligibility Criteria: Offer shall be applicable for select customers who:

A) have received communication via Notifications over Bajaj Finserv App and/or SMS, Social Media Campaigns;
B) already have an existing Bajaj Pay Wallet and have created Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI Id;
C) carry out first successful transaction towards Fuel Payment at authorized Petrol Pumps during the calendar month of the offer Period for an amount Rs. 500/- or above, using Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI as payment mode.
D) Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI transaction should be carried out over the Bajaj Finserv Mobile App version 9.0.4 or above for Android operating system.
E) Customers who have carried out fuel payment transaction using Bajaj Pay Wallet UPI in the past are not eligible for this offer.
F) Offer can be availed only once in a month that too only for the first ever successful fuel payment transaction of Rs. 500/- or above.

Time period for credit of cashback for Offer A and Offer B: The cashback will be credited in the Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet within 7 (Seven) days of successful eligible transaction

1) Customer acknowledges that the cashback earned by him/her and credited to Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet, cannot be (i) converted into physical/digital currency; (ii) transferred to any bank account, (iii) transferred to any other Wallet; and (iv) cannot be withdrawn as cash.
2) Cashback must be utilized for making utility payments towards valid transactions and availing specified services over Bajaj Finserv Mobile App.
3) Participation in this Offer is completely voluntary. BFL does not, in any manner guarantee any minimum reward to any customer.
4) In case any customer becomes entitled for two cashback rewards for the Offers mentioned above, customer acknowledges that he/she shall be entitled only for the cashback amount which is higher amongst the two rewards. The customer agrees that he/she shall not demand two cashbacks for a single transaction. 2 or more Offers cannot be clubbed in single transaction.
5) This offer is NOT applicable on payments made by customers towards Loans and/ or towards Insurance Premiums.
6) This offer is available only to citizens of India. Customers must not participate in the Offer if they are prohibited by the respective State, municipal or other local area body laws from participating in such promotions or if such offers are not permitted to be offered within such jurisdictions. BFL reserves the right, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, the offer by other offers, whether similar to the offer or not, at any time, without prior notice.
9) BFL holds no warranty with respect to the quality of products and/or Services acquired or availed or their suitability for any purpose. Customers understands that any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability, or quality of the products must be addressed by the Customer directly with the concerned third parties and that BFL shall not entertain any communication in this regard.

DEFINITIONS:

Following words shall for the purpose of these terms and conditions, be defined to mean as below:

“BFL” refers to Bajaj Finance Limited.

“Bajaj Pay Wallet” refers to the prepaid payment instrument issued by BFL to its Customers.

“Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet” shall mean a sub wallet within the Bajaj Pay Wallet to store the cash back amount if any, as disclosed on the Scratch Card reward.

“Customer” means an Indian citizen who create their 1st Bajaj Pay Wallet over the Bajaj Finserv App during the Offer Period.

“Offer(s)” shall mean and include the Offers as described under Clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions.

“Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 12:01 am on 01/09/2023 to 11:59 PM on 31/10/2023, until revoked by Bajaj Finance Limited (“BFL”) without any prior notice to the Customers.

“Reward” refers to Scratch Card Reward having inherent cashback amount that may be received by the Customer(s) under this Promotion.

4. The cashback amount shall be credited to the Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet of the customer as soon as the customer scores the Scratch Card.

5. Customer acknowledges that the reward earned by him/her and credited to Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet, cannot be (i) converted into physical/digital currency; (ii) transferred to any bank account, (iii) transferred to any other Wallet; and (iv) cannot be withdrawn as cash.

6. This offer is available only to citizens of India. Customers must not participate in the Offer if they are prohibited by the respective State, municipal or other local area body laws from participating in such promotions or if such offers are not permitted to be offered within such jurisdictions.
