The Bajaj Finserv EMI Network Card is a payment solution that allows eligible customers to purchase products or services and repay the amount through EMIs. It can be used at participating online and offline partner stores, subject to the available credit limit and applicable terms. Customers can choose from eligible products and select a repayment tenure that suits their needs. Before using the card, it is important to understand the applicable fees, charges, interest, if any, and the repayment schedule. Timely EMI payments can help customers keep their loan account in good standing.



Our service portal provides you with the online facility to cancel your purchases easily from the comfort of your home. Please note that you can cancel your order within seven business days from the disbursement date of your purchase.

However, you can only raise a cancellation request with us for the purchases made at our partner store or on Bajaj Mall. If you’ve purchased from an e-commerce site, you need to raise the cancellation request with that respective site.

If you’re looking to cancel your recent EMI Network Card purchase, you can follow these simple steps and cancel your order.

  • Enter your registered mobile number and the OTP to sign-in
  • Verify your details by entering your date of birth and proceed
  • Select the loan account number you want to cancel. (Please note that every time you made a purchase using your EMI Network Card, a new loan account is created.)
  • Click on the ‘Cancel Loan’ option within the ‘Quick Actions’ section
  • Select the cancellation reason and proceed to raise the request
