Bajaj Finserv EMI Network Card, which is also known as Insta EMI Card, is a unique way of financing your big and small purchases. This card allows you to shop across various categories including smartphones, home appliances, electronics and more. You can use this card to convert your shopping bills into small monthly instalments.
If you have an EMI Network Card, you can make purchases on leading e-commerce sites, /bmall or at our partner stores. However, if you have made a purchase using this card but you don’t want to proceed with it, you can use the cancellation option.
Our service portal provides you with the online facility to cancel your purchases easily from the comfort of your home. Please note that you can cancel your order within seven business days from the disbursement date of your purchase.
However, you can only raise a cancellation request with us for the purchases made at our partner store or on Bajaj Mall. If you’ve purchased from an e-commerce site, you need to raise the cancellation request with that respective site.
Follow these steps to cancel your Bajaj Finance EMI Network Order
If you’re looking to cancel your recent EMI Network Card purchase, you can follow these simple steps and cancel your order.
- Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to visit the service portal
- Enter your registered mobile number and the OTP to sign-in
- Verify your details by entering your date of birth and proceed
- Select the loan account number you want to cancel. (Please note that every time you made a purchase using your EMI Network Card, a new loan account is created.)
- Click on the ‘Cancel Loan’ option within the ‘Quick Actions’ section
- Select the cancellation reason and proceed to raise the request
Once you submit the request, you’ll receive a call from our representative within 48 business hours. Our representative will guide you on further steps. Please note that once your order is delivered, you won’t be able to proceed with the cancellation.
