  • JioFiber: 1800-889-9933 (Toll-free)

MyJio app:

  • Open the MyJio app.
  • Select the ‘FIBER’ tab.
  • Click on ‘JIOCARE’ at the bottom.
  • Select ‘RUN DIAGNOSTICS.’
  • Choose the features that you are experiencing trouble with and click ‘RUN DIAGNOSTICS.’
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to register your complaint.

Whatsapp:

  • Send ‘HELLO’ to 70008-70008 on WhatsApp.

Talking with an agent:

  • While calling, press ‘9’ during the automated prompts.
  • On the MyJio app, after running diagnostics, select ‘TALK TO AGENT.’
  • On WhatsApp, after sending ‘HELLO,’ follow the prompts and choose the option to connect with a live agent.
