People and Culture
Where Technology Advances
and People Thrive
Our culture is built on fairness, openness and accountability. Employees at every level play an active role in shaping it, with experienced colleagues who exemplify our values recognised as 'Culture Role Holders', helping reinforce the behaviours that define Bajaj Finance.
We introduced our 15th Culture Anchor, ‘Compliance First’, in December 2025. This anchor reinforces ethical conduct, operational discipline, transparency and decision-making rooted in regulatory rigour, encouraging employees to view compliance not only as a requirement, but also as a mindset critical to building a trusted and sustainable institution.
We believe AI should amplify human potential, not replace it. As roles evolve, we are equipping our people with skills to thrive in an AI-enabled workplace through structured learning in Generative AI, prompt engineering, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and advanced AI capabilities.
This year, we built our AI function entirely through internal talent, a reflection of our belief in growing talent and leaders from within. By automating repetitive work, AI is enabling our people to focus on higher-value problem-solving, innovation and customer outcomes.
We are committed to being an equal opportunity employer where diversity, inclusion and respect for human rights are fundamental to how we work. We also take a holistic approach to employee well-being through programmes that support physical, mental, emotional and financial wellness, helping our people succeed both at work and beyond.
