BFL 1.0 (2008-2016)

This phase laid a strong foundation for BFL's growth. It was marked by the introduction of innovative products such as the EMI Card and Flexi Loans, diversifying product lines, expanding geographic footprint, along with the early adoption of cloud technology, data analytics, and decision systems. BFL's journey toward achieving 90% of its computing on the cloud began during this period. The Company’s AUM grew significantly from 2,478 crore to 44,229 crore.

BFL 2.0 (2017-2025)

This phase marked BFL's transition to an omnipresent strategy, driven by a strong focus on platform expansion, new geographies and customer-centric innovation. With accelerated digital adoption, the Bajaj Finserv App ranked among the top five on the Google Play Store. Key digital platforms such as Bajaj Mall and Bajaj Pay were also launched during this period. AUM saw substantial growth, rising from 44,229 crore to 416,661 crore.
