Useful features include Bluetooth via the Y-Connect app, traction control, single-channel ABS, and a fully digital instrument cluster. In short, it’s a great pick if you want a stylish, efficient, comfortable, and reliable partner for daily use. It isn’t the most powerful in the class, but it stands out as a practical everyday machine with low maintenance costs and Yamaha’s trusted reliability.

I ride 28 km daily across highways and slow-moving traffic, and this bike excels at mileage. It returns a minimum of 51 kmpl, and I consistently see 54-57 kmpl. I do wish it had a bit more shove; for 149 cc, 2bhp is a little less. Not a deal-breaker though, as it still reaches 80-90 kmph easily. Cornering inspires a lot of confidence. Most importantly, the brakes have saved my life multiple times during urgent stops caused by careless road users.
