Owning the TVS iQube has been a delight. It glides quietly, rides smoothly, and is very comfortable. Acceleration feels brisk, the fit and finish are top notch, and the battery easily suits everyday city commutes. The smart features, crisp digital display, and mobile connectivity add convenience. Charging is hassle free, and the running costs are far lower than a petrol scooter. Its comfortable ride, stable feel, and confident braking inspire trust. In short, the iQube delivers strong performance, modern tech, and superb value, making it a fantastic electric scooter. I would happily recommend it to anyone considering an EV.

Getting a test ride was easy, and the seller handled things smartly. The dealer also arranged the loan very smoothly. Among all electric vehicles, TVS iQube is my top choice. I bought this scooter for my father, and he is very happy using it.

As a product the scooter excels in almost every way. The trouble is their customer support, which has no voice to coordinate with the dealer when it breaks down and does not call higher officials. Over the last 3 years my vehicle sat in the dealer’s garage due to lack of spares, and they neither extended the warranty for that downtime nor responded to my requests. The management felt very adamant and unethical. They charged rs. 18000 to replace the controller just a fortnight after the guarantee period, without considering the 6 months it was lying in their workshop. Compared to other brands the scooter itself is good. I even bought 3 scooters in total during the last 3 years.
