Royal Enfield’s Continental GT 650 feels built for those who ride for the sheer joy of it, not just for commuting. Its standouts are a silky-smooth twin-cylinder engine, rock-steady behavior at high speeds, and a retro cafe-racer style that grabs attention everywhere. The exhaust note is addictive, the gearbox shifts neatly, and the bike comes across as more premium than its price would indicate. On the flip side, the riding posture can grow uncomfortable over longer trips, and the weight is a bit noticeable in slow city traffic. Fuel efficiency is fine, but not the selling point if mileage tops your list. Overall, the GT 650 brings excellent value, loads of character, and engaging performance, with only a few compromises that are typical of a sporty cafe-racer setup. It is among the most rewarding motorcycles in its class.

I'm a college student and picked this bike up 30 days ago. Before the first service it returned around 14 to 15 kmpl. After that first service, the efficiency seems better, now roughly 17 kmpl. Looks-wise it is gorgeous and always grabs attention on campus. The cafe racer riding posture is purposeful and aggressive, adding a very sporty vibe. Because of the committed posture, you may feel some hand and wrist ache in the first few days. Don't let that bother you; once your body adapts, the discomfort disappears and you barely notice it. An amazing machine and an absolute joy to ride.

After spending time with the Continental GT 650, the ride has been superb. The cafe-racer look turns heads everywhere, and the 648cc parallel-twin delivers a lovely, torquey shove that makes even quick spins enjoyable.
