Good looking bike that helps save on daily petrol costs. Pollution-free and friendly to use. It even looks like a petrol bike. The service center needs improvement. The battery is good, but the range and the warranty should be enhanced. Overall it rides smooth, the new release looks nice, and my overall experience with this bike is very good.

Strong overall performance with impressive range for the price. 140 kms in 1 charge is fantastic. Torque feels solid, and you get 3 speed modes. The battery is removable, so you can take it anywhere to charge. Comfort is just okay, but the ride experience has been excellent so far. Definitely a must-buy.

I bought this bike in 2024 and paid extra for an extended warranty, but it was never provided. The brand said they were not liable because the warranty extension was not updated in their system. The Pune showroom stopped answering calls, and when I finally reached the company through their call center, they only said they would check and then never followed up. The company even claimed they are not responsible for their own showroom or for servicing their own products, and this was just 2 to 3 months after purchase. On top of that, product quality felt poor and after-sales support was terrible. Repairs are a hassle because around 95% of key parts are unavailable at any service center.
