I bought it 3 years ago and it has been running properly without any service, but it makes noice. It needs very little maintenance. It is fine for short distance but I would not recommend it for long distance. After 3 years my experience is good because I mostly use it for short trips, though when I drive I feel less power, so the motor needs improvement.

After purchasing the Kinetic Zing, all the showrooms closed. There is no service centre. There is no information about service or sales showrooms. No support till date after my purchase. I searched for Kinetic showrooms and service centres for three months, found nothing, and I am fed up. Avoid buying this brand.

The warranty they push is misleading and not dependable. The company cannot be trusted, and their representatives are cheating customers. I sent a red battery charger to the Amritsar service center through a dealer for inspection. The dealer took 150 rupees and then forwarded the charger to Pune. I was sent a video claiming there were drops of water inside, which is simply false. I always charge it indoors, so water could not have entered. At the Amritsar service center, the charger was checked and found to have no defect and no water. Instead, they relied on that misleading video to confuse customers and take money. Cheating a soldier like this is unacceptable, and we will take necessary action. Before it was sent to Pune, the Amritsar check showed no signs of water.
