I was searching for a low-cost E-scooter and, after checking many brands, picked Joy. The materials feel good, the ride is comfortable, and I am seeing a 70+ km battery range. My E-scooter touches about 30 kmph top speed. The showroom staff and owner behaved well, and their service has been good too.

In just one year I have spent more than RS-10000, and the so-called service feels like a scam. This has been a complete waste of money. The Madurai service center is the worst I have dealt with. I have lost so much, raised a complaint, and got no response. It seems the company is scamming customers with zero value for money.
