My bike arrived in 2020, from the initial lot. I had been waiting for the new Classic, but when I heard about this I placed an advance booking without even knowing how it would look. Seeing it for the first time was a pleasant surprise. The purchase had fanfare with a key handover and a dinner, and I rode home. We’ve come a long way since. There was an initial problem that Honda fixed by calling me to the Service station; some people from the manufacturing facility inspected it. After that, no issues. I ride in the city and on highways to my village about 300 km away. It has a reliable nature with no stopping or cranky behavior. My wife was not comfortable as pillion, so I installed a backrest and she’s happy now. It’s not for off-roading; going to my fields it skids, and I was advised to change the rear tyre type for off-roading. On the highway, cruising at 90 to 100 kmph feels divine and you can keep going for hours. The headlight is good on dark roads, but due to blinding oncoming traffic I installed Aux lights. The bike sits planted, feels light to handle, and the comfortable seating avoids back pain. Also there is no vibration. The instrument cluster is clean and crisp. Honda has recalled my bike for reflectors, brake sensors and other small issues I didn’t know about. Service quality has dropped though; dealerships aren’t the same as before, and their response and awareness have declined. Overall the bike is GOOD and RELIABLE.

I’ve spent over 6 months with the Hness and its buttery-smooth engine and comfy ride truly stand out. In this segment it feels like a different league of modern engineering, with no real rival. It ticks all my boxes for satisfaction. The chrome detailing looks stunning, and the service experience has been very good.
