I bought this bike last year and the engine has been a disaster. Over the year it stayed in the service centre for more than 4-5 months, yet the engine issue is still there. The bike would cut out and shut off anytime, even at high speed, followed by 3-4 hrs of waiting for customer care to reach me. Spending over 2lakhs and facing such pathetic engine problems and poor customer service was never expected from Hero.

Among 200cc bikes, this is the worst you can buy. At only 9000 km, the tappets are unbearably loud, like a generator. The bike stayed at the service centre for 2 straight months and they still seemed clueless about it. In 1.5 years, it has spent a total of 3 months in service, and every ride just annoys me ????.

Bought it in 2024 feb and since then it has conked out 6 times right in the middle of the road. I have already been to the service center 10 times. Parts changed so far include the battery, starter motor, clutch wire 2 times, clutch plates, engine head, wiring and the chain set. At this point it feels like I should just swap the whole bike. Dont buy it please, You'll end up spending more time at the service center than actually riding.
