Do not consider BGauss for any reason. The service is terrible and feels boosted by paid reviews. They basically have no service team; showrooms seem to keep only a water-washing helper, and there isn’t even one experienced mechanic with 25 years under their belt. Complaints are everywhere, and no one knows how to service these vehicles. They show fake discount calculations. In reality, nothing from BGauss is worth even 1 lakh. The RUV 350 Max and C12i Max cost over 1.3 lakh but are not worth even 70k, just garbage like that. Let me repeat: there are tons of complaints and no proper service or mechanics in their showrooms. If you are in Tier 2 or Tier 3 cities, do not spend over 1 lakh on this stuff; no one can service it, and if you get outside work done the warranty will not cover it. Most importantly, the warranty is only for the battery. Customer support, assistance, help and after-sales are all utterly pathetic. Choose Ather, TVS, Bajaj or Ultraviolet instead, or wait for a Honda or Suzuki EV. After they take your money, the trouble starts. I have not seen a single model without problems.
