The claimed range comfortably covers my daily commute, and charging is straightforward. Since switching to EV, my day-to-day running costs have dropped noticeably. Maintenance is also far lower than a petrol scooter, which makes ownership easy. I also like the attention to detail. The styling feels premium and draws compliments. The digital features are simple to operate, and the overall interface is refined instead of fussy. Bajaj has blended modern EV tech with the trusted Chetak heritage very well. After living with it, I genuinely feel it delivers a better overall ownership experience than many other e-scooters on sale. It hits a sweet spot of reliability, quality, comfort, efficiency and an upmarket feel. If someone wants an electric scooter from a trusted brand with excellent build and dependable after-sales support, I would gladly point them to the Bajaj Chetak EV. It has met my expectations and further strengthened my family’s long-held trust in the Chetak name.

The Chetak returns carrying its classic petrol-scooter legacy, yet this new electric scooter keeps fuel costs minimal, is pollution free, and delivers excellent performance. I took this scooty in Feb 2025 and have covered up to 20000 km since then. It has not given me trouble. A few times it stopped due to a lack of charge, but the service centre provided on-road assistance. For reliability it offers great comfort. From the start it has given the same range, 120 on a single charge. Once my charger was faulty, and the service center provided a new charger with great support.
