I’m a fan of Aprilia’s sporty scooters and bikes. I have 3 scooters and an RS 457, and my whole family loves them. It’s that Italian beast character I enjoy. Most models are good, but the service is really poor. There is body noise, which I’m choosing to ignore. Stickers feel very basic. Parts aren’t available anywhere even though there are showrooms. Please Aprilia, make all scooter parts accessible.

It’s cheaper for a reason: an air-cooled 175cc motor making 13 bhp. The Aerox uses a liquid-cooled 155 with 15 bhp. And since the current gen SR160 delivers horrible mileage compared to the Aerox, this one might be even worse. Still, it’s my pick for tours. I love the colours it offers and how different it looks from others.

Awesome machine with a sporty feel. The suspension is a little stiff, yet the ride doesn’t really feel harsh and the balance is perfect. Features, performance and styling are top notch. ABS works brilliantly, giving confidence to lean into corners, and overtaking in the city feels effortless. If it fits your budget, go for it.
