He has raised capital from institutional and domestic investors, establishing and growing investment platforms with a disciplined focus on risk and returns.

Sanchit has held leadership roles at globally reputed institutions including Tishman Speyer, Brookfield, Welspun One and Duet, executing high-quality transactions across market cycles.

At Bajaj Alts, Sanchit leads the real estate platform across strategy, investments, asset management, and portfolio performance.

Sanchit holds a degree in Computer Science from Delhi College of Engineering, an MBA in Finance & Strategy from IIM Indore, and is a CFA charterholder (USA).
