Mangesh has over two decades of experience across venture capital, investment banking, and corporate strategy. He brings deep expertise in identifying high-growth tech-led opportunities, building investment portfolios, and driving value creation through strategic partnerships and exits.

His career includes leadership roles at Bajaj Finserv, Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (Brand Capital) and Kotak Mahindra Group. In these roles, he has led venture investments, and managed diverse investment portfolios, gaining extensive experience across investment strategy, portfolio management, and corporate finance. 

His entrepreneurial experience includes setting-up of a casual gaming roll-up platform & a boutique advisory firm focused on mid-market clients in Eastern India in 2013. 

At Bajaj Alts, he will play a key role in shaping the investment strategy and portfolio management of the AI Opportunities Fund, focusing on identifying investment themes and supporting innovation across the AI ecosystem, including its infrastructure, applications, and services.

Mangesh is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (ISB) and a Bachelor’s Degree (Mumbai University).
