Across a career that has spanned leading institutions including the Bajaj Finserv Group, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, PwC, and Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (Brand Capital), he has led, executed and advised on complex transactions including private equity and venture capital investments, M&A, structured investments and gained immense experience across corporate finance, constructing investment portfolios and investment strategy.

At Bajaj Alts, Girish drives capital raising, investments, portfolio management and exits for the AI Opportunities Fund, evaluating AI investments across sectors and stages in AI applications, infrastructure, technologies, etc. Known for his disciplined approach and deal-making expertise, he plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s alternatives investment platform.

Girish is a Chartered Accountant, CFA (USA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (Mumbai University).
