    If you happen to lose your wallet along with its contents such as debit and credit cards, you can block all the cards by making just one phone call to the insurer.

  • Emergency Travel Assistance

    Emergency travel assistance

    You can avail of emergency financial assistance up to Rs. 20,000 in India and up to Rs. 40,000 abroad, in case you are stranded on a trip. This advance fund can be used to book alternative travel tickets and accommodation.

  • Coverage Against Burglary and theft

    Coverage against burglary and theft

    The plan covers you financially in case your wristwatch gets stolen in the event of burglary or theft.

  • Accidental Damage

    Accidental damage

    Get coverage against repair and replacement expenses if your watch is accidentally damaged. However, such damages are covered only if the covered item is in your possession at the time of damage.

  • Fire and Special Perils Cover

    Fire and special perils cover

    Losses and damages caused to your wristwatch as a result of fire, explosion, implosion, and lightning are covered under the plan. It also covers your watch against natural and manmade disasters such as earthquake, floods, cyclones, riots, strikes, and more.

  • What’s Not Covered

    Here are some of the exclusions under this plan:

  • Gradual operating costs

    Gradual operating costs

    Loss or damage caused to the item as a result of gradual wear and tear is not covered under the plan. Damages caused due to maintenance or repair activity are also not covered under the plan.

  • Mechanical Or Electrical Failure

    Mechanical or electrical failure

    Damage caused by a mechanical or electrical failure is not covered under the plan, unless any damage is caused by accident or external means or approved by the insurer.

  • Any Consequential Loss

    Any consequential loss

    Any loss or damage to your wristwatch which is consequential is not covered under the plan. These may include damage due to misuse, misplacement, and intentionally caused damages.

How To Apply

Here are the steps to apply for the plan:

  • Click on ‘Buy Now’ button and share your basic details in the online application form
  • Check and confirm your application by entering the OTP received on your mobile number
  • Pay the premium via credit/debit card, UPI, mobile wallet, or any other available online payment mode
  • You will receive the details of your membership via email/WhatsApp

How To Process A Claim

To raise a claim, you can contact the insurer through one of the following ways:

  • In case of loss of cards or need emergency travel assistance, you can call the toll-free number 1800-419-4000 or send an email at within 24 hours from the time of incident. You also need to provide evidence of your need for emergency assistance.
  • In case of watch-related claim, you can raise a claim by either calling on the toll-free numbers 18002667780 or 1800-22-9966 (only for senior citizen plan holders) or send an SMS on 5616181 stating 'Claims'.

Documents Required To File A Claim

Here are the documents required to raise a claim:

  • KYC documents
  • Travel safe membership letter
  • Invoice or bill copy of article
  • Duly filled claim form
  • Claim intimation within 24 hrs
