Terms and Conditions

By clicking the "Proceed" or similar button on the screen where these terms and conditions ("Terms") are hyperlinked, I hereby agree and acknowledge that:

1. Bajaj Finance Limited (“BFL”) shall continue to hold my gold jewelry as security till such time I personally visit the branch to pay my outstanding dues on the loan and collects the gold jewelry.
2. I may use the pledged gold jewelry to avail top up loan or renew my existing gold loan or avail a fresh gold loan and in such case, I hereby authorize BFL to use the gold jewelry as security for providing the top up/renewal/fresh gold loan.
3. The top up, renewal or fresh gold loan amount and eligibility shall be determined by BFL in its sole discretion.
4. In the event I opt to avail a top up/renewal/fresh gold loan, I shall execute additional loan application/terms and conditions in the manner as specified by BFL and submit such documents as may be required by BFL from time to time.
