GAMES WITH REWARDS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING REWARD FOR “FIND – N – WIN”, “NOD – N - WIN", “WORDLE– N – WIN”, “ASSEMBLE – N- WIN” , “QUIZ” & " STREAK" & “Bingo”
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to and regulate the Rewards relating to successful completion of Games (defined hereunder) in accordance with the rules of the Games. The games are being displayed over the Bajaj Finserv App and are developed and powered by “Brahmarsive India Private Limited” & “KMUNOTAG PVT LTD” (“Gaming Service Provider”). By clicking on the icon of the Game available at the Bajaj Finserv App, the User agrees to be redirected to the webpage of the Gaming Service Provider and agrees to be bound by the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of the Gaming Service Provider’s portal.
These reward Terms and Conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions of the Gaming Service Provider and the reward terms provided for in the Terms of Use of the Bajaj Finserv Application and Website available at https://www.bajajfinserv.in/terms-of-use and the same shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use.
Users who successfully completes the Game(s) in accordance with the rules of the Games may earn Rewards as stipulated by BFL in the Notification banner as may be determined by BFL from time to time.
1. Games
The Offer shall apply and shall be limited to the following games:
i. Find – N – Win
ii. Nod – N - Win
iii. Wordle– N – Win
iv. Assemble – N- Win
v. Quiz
vi. Streak Game
vii. Bingo
It is clarified that the term “Win” in the name of the Games DOES NOT signify winning / earning of any Reward by the User.
2. Offer
i. Get Reward upon successful completion of the Games during the Offer Period.
ii. It is clarified that the Offer is NOT applicable on the Games covering following financial products of BFL:
a. Fixed Deposit
3. Purpose of the Games and the Offer
The Games and the Offer intend to create awareness and promote financial products of Bajaj Finance Limited (“BFL”).
4. Offer Period
This Offer is valid from 27th October 2023 to 27th October 2024 (“Offer Period”), unless withdrawn, suspended, revoked or extended by BFL.
5. Purpose of Games and the Offer
The Games and the Offer is intended to create awareness and promote financial products of BFL.
6. Reward
The User who successfully complete the Game(s) during the Offer Period may be rewarded with ANY ONE of the following assured Rewards:
i. Reward in the form of Cashback – Quantum of the Cashback shall be determined by BFL from time to time.
ii. Reward in the form of Bajaj Coins - Quantum of the Cashback shall be determined by BFL from time to time. Please note that:
a. One Bajaj coin carries equivalent value of 20 Paisa, which is not withdrawable as cash.
b. The term Bajaj Coins denotes the reward which could be redeemed only on Bajaj Pay Wallet and on Bajaj Finserv App only.
c. Bajaj Coins is/are NOT to be construed as any legal tender or currency (digital/physical) under Indian law.
d. Minimum Bajaj Coins balance in Bajaj Finserv App should be 200 to qualify for conversion to cash back on BajajFinserv App;
e. Bajaj Coins once converted as cash into sub-wallet, it cannot be converted back into Bajaj coins.
iii. Reward in the form of Vouchers – Nature and validity of the Voucher shall be determined by BFL from time to time.
7. Eligibility
User of Bajaj Finserv App who has good understanding of the financial products of BFL is eligible to participate in this Offer (“User”). This Reward Offer is applicable only for such Users of Bajaj Finserv App who apply their skill in identifying correct answers / objects to the queries styled as Find – N – Win, Nod-N-Win Game, Wordle – N – Win, Assemble – N – Win and Quiz.
8. Limit
User shall be eligible for Reward only once during the Offer Period.
9. Rules of the Find – N – Win game
i. Find 5 (five) objects in the game based on the clue provided for each object.
ii. User can make maximum of 2 (two) attempts to find each object.
iii. The time duration of each attempt would be upto 60 (sixty) seconds.
iv. User attempt all clues.
v. User should successfully complete the Game to be eligible for a Reward.
10. Rules of the Nod – N – Win game
i. There would be 5 questions in the game.
ii. The time duration to read and answer each question shall be up to 50 (fifty) seconds.
iii. User would be required to choose your option by tilting his / her head towards the direction of the option which he/she considers to be correct.
iv. User should attempt all the questions of the Game.
v. User should successfully complete the Game to be eligible for a Reward.
11. Rules of the Wordle – N – Win game
i. Find upto 6 words in the game placed across the three-dimensional virtual room (three-dimensional environment) to form a sentence.
ii. Upto 60 (sixty) seconds would be provided to find all the words in a particular sentence.
iii. There are upto 5 sentences to be formed in the game.
iv. User should attempt to complete all the sentences.
v. User should successfully complete the Game to be eligible for a Reward.
12. Rules of the Assemble – N – Win game
i. Find upto 6 parts of electronic appliance in the game spread across three-dimensional virtual room (three-dimensional environment) to assemble an electronic appliance.
ii. Upto 60 (sixty) seconds would be provided to find all the parts in a particular electronic appliance.
iii. There are upto 5 electronic appliances to be assembled in the game.
iv. User should attempt to assemble all the electronic appliances.
v. User should successfully complete the Game to be eligible for a Reward.
13. Rules of Quiz
i. There would be up to 5 questions in the game.
ii. The time duration to read and answer each question shall be up to 30 (thirty) seconds.
iii. User would be required to choose your option by clicking on the option which he/she considers to be correct.
iv. User should attempt all the questions to be eligible for a reward.
v. User should successfully complete the Game to be eligible for a Reward.
14. Rules of the Streak game
i. There would be up to 10 tasks in the game which user would be required to complete by exercising his / her skill.
ii. User would be required to complete all the tasks as per game to be eligible for a reward.
15. Rules of the Bingo game
i. There would be up to 10 tasks in the game which user would be required to complete by exercising his / her skill.
ii. User would be required to complete all the tasks as per game
iii. User can be rewarded on completion of tasks in 1st Row,2nd row,3rd row, 4 corners and all task completion.
16. Prerequisite conditions to be fulfilled by the User
i. User must be registered for using the Bajaj Finserv App and must have created a Bajaj Pay Wallet;
ii. User must be able to input answers or find the Words and objects correctly while playing the game;
iii. User must not have previously received any Reward in the same Offer Period.
iv. User must have participated and successfully completed the Games in accordance to the rules of the Games.
17. Time period for credit of Reward
The Reward will be credited to the User which could be viewed in the Reward section of the Bajaj Finserv App within 2 (Two) days from the date of successful completion of the Game(s).
18. Customer acknowledges that where the Reward is in the form of Cashback and credited to Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet, the said reward amount cannot be (i) converted into physical/digital currency; (ii) transferred to any bank account, (iii) transferred to any other Wallet; and (iv) cannot be withdrawn as cash and the Cashback must be utilized for making payments towards valid transactions and availing specified services over Bajaj Finserv App.
1 9. The customer can burn / redeem the Bajaj Coins while:
(i) Making transactions using a debit/credit card/UPI/PPI over the Bajaj Finserv App.
(ii) carrying out bill payment transaction like make bill payment for electricity or LPG or water bill etc by converting coins in cashback. Rate of conversion of Bajaj Coin is 0.2 i.e., 1 Bajaj coin is equal to 20 Paisa; or
(iii) converting Bajaj Coins into cashback (which gets credited in sub wallet) through Bajaj Finserv App. Rate of conversion of Bajaj Coin is 0.2 i.e., 1 Bajaj coin is equal to 20 Paisa. Minimum Coin Balance should be 200; Once Bajaj Coins gets converted as cashback into Bajaj Pay Sub-Wallet, it can’t be converted back into Bajaj coins; or
(iv) purchasing 3rd party vouchers through Bajaj Dealz. Minimum coin balance should be 100.
(v) Bajaj Coins can be burned / Redeemed only by carrying out valid transactions over Bajaj Finserv App as mentioned above.
(vi) Rewards cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to bank account or any other wallet.
20. Customers to note that Maximum Bajaj Coins redemption limit for converting Bajaj Coins into cashback shall be:
(i) 500 Bajaj Coins in a single transaction;
(ii) 2000 Bajaj Coins in a calendar month;
21. Customers to note that Maximum Bajaj Coins redemption limit while purchasing Vouchers over Bajaj Dealz shall be:
(i) 500 Bajaj Coins in a single transaction;
(ii) 2000 Bajaj Coins in a calendar month;
22. Customers to note that Maximum Bajaj Coins redemption limit while carrying out Bill Payment Transaction over Bajaj Finserv App and Website shall be
(vii) 500 Bajaj Coins in a single Bill Payment transaction;
(viii) 2000 Bajaj Coins can be redeemed in a month.
23. User understands and acknowledges that:
i. the game has been developed by the Gaming Service Provider;
ii. he / she will be redirected to the webpage of the Gaming Service Provider and shall be bound by the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of the Gaming Service Provider’s portal;
iii. By virtue of accessing the game on webpage of Gaming Service Provider, the User provides his/her explicit consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Gaming Service Provider for participating in the game and waives his /her right under law to make any claims/disputes against BFL;
iv. Participation in the Game by the User is at his/her own risk and peril and BFL shall not be responsible for any consequences pursuant to accessing the web page of Gaming Service Provider, including but not limited to loss of any data / information, either before, during the time of or after accessing the web page of Gaming Service Provider;
24. BFL, at its sole discretion, may disqualify the User and refuse to provide the Reward and/or require the return of any Reward, if the User indulges in any unfair conduct, which BFL deems to be improper, inappropriate, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the purported Offer and/or is in any way detrimental to other Users which includes, but is not limited to:
i. Falsifying his/her personal information;
ii. Any violation of the Terms of Use
iii. Accumulating Reward through unauthorized methods such as automated bots and/ or other unacceptable means; and
iv. Tampering with the Game or trying to in any way tamper with the computer programs or any security measure associated with the Game.
25. This promotional Offer is extended by BFL and does not amount to endorsement of products, services provided by the Gaming Service Provider. BFL does not assure or guarantee the continuous or unhindered access of web page of Gaming Service Provider. Further, BFL shall not at any time be responsible: (i) or liable for any delay, suspension, cancellation, missed services, lack of quality, defect or deficiency in the products, services provided by Gaming Service Provider; (ii) for any direct or indirect loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with products / services provided by Gaming Service Provider and/or third parties on the web page of Gaming Service Provider; and (iii) and disputes if any, have to be dealt by the User directly with the respective Gaming Service Provider and/or service provider thereof.
26. This offer is available only to citizens of India. Customers must not participate in the Offer if they are prohibited by the respective State, municipal or other local area body laws from participating in such promotions or if such offers are not permitted to be offered within such jurisdictions. For avoidance of doubt and for specific clarification, this Offer is not applicable to the State of Tamil Nadu.
27. None of the Reward / Offer involve any betting and / or wagering of money. It is iterated that, Bajaj Coins are NOT a legal tender, virtual/digital or crypto currency.
28. Quantum of Reward received by the User shall be as per the discretion of BFL and shall be binding on the User. User hereby waives from raising any objections / disputes in any manner whatsoever.
29. BFL reserves the right to extend, suspend or cancel, withdraw or terminate the Offer without prior notice to the User. BFL reserves the right, to add / alter / modify /change or vary any or all of these terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, the offer by other offers, whether similar to the offer or not, at any time, without prior notice.
30. These Offer terms are in addition to the Terms provided for in the Terms of Use of the Bajaj Finserv Application available at https://www.bajajfinserv.in/terms-of-use and the same shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use.
31. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes if any arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra only.
