TERMS AND CONDITIONS- FLEXI LITE FAST DRAWDOWN

By opting the Flexi Lite drawdown and submitting the one-time password sent by Bajaj Finance Limited (“BFL”) I do hereby agree to the following:

1. That by setting up the Flexi Lite Limit, the drawdown amount within the opted Flexi Lite limit from your sanctioned loan amount shall be processed without entering the OTP.

2. That the Flexi Lite Drawdown amount is between the range of Rs. 1000 to Rs 5000 (maximum Flexi Lite drawdown limit) and the maximum Flexi Lite drawdown limit per day shall be Rs 15000.

3. That the per day time duration for the Flexi Lite drawdown is between 00:00:01 A.M. to 11:59:59 P.M.

4. Any withdrawal of amount from the sanctioned loan amount which is over and above the opted Flexi Lite limit shall be approved only post entering of the OTP.

5. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you do hereby also confirm and acknowledge that the terms and conditions mentioned in the Loan Agreement and other related loan documentation duly executed and accepted by you shall be considered as binding with respect to all the Flexi Lite Drawdown made by you from the sanctioned loan amount.

6. I shall submit and execute any/all documents, in such form and manner as may be required by BFL in relation to the said Flexi Lite limit.

I hereby declare that all the information voluntarily furnished by me is true, correct, and complete and I shall not hold BFL or any of its officials responsible in any manner whatsoever for any issues, withdrawal requests, transactions arising due to the Flexi Lite use/withdrawal from the sanctioned loan amount.
