Eligibility: Individuals who are 18 and above can apply for this plan. The age is considered as per your last birthday.

Plan Validity: The plan is valid for a tenor of one year.

What's Covered

Here’s what’s covered in this plan.

  • Money-in-bank

    Physiotherapy

    • Allianz Assistance will provide physiotherapy services at home at the declared residential address of the covered person once per year up to a maximum of 5 days in a year, where each session will be up to a maximum of one hour.
    • The maximum duration for which the physiotherapy services at home may be requested, is 5 days post the doctor’s prescription which specifies that the customer requires physiotherapy.
    • Waiting period of two months is applicable for availing of this benefit.
    • Coverage for physiotherapy sessions to be provided only in case where the doctor has prescribed it of:

    - Accident cases where post-hospitalisation physiotherapy has been advised by a doctor.

    - Orthopaedic surgeries where post-hospitalisation surgery of spine was conducted, and physiotherapy has been advised by doctor.

    - Paralysis of limbs where physiotherapy has been advised by doctor.

    • The services will only be provided in the following cities: -

    2. Allianz Assistance agent will assist you in fixing the appointment for the preferred medical service
    3. The agent will confirm the booking via SMS and email
    4. Allianz Assistance helpdesk will call you back for appointment confirmation

What’s not Covered

Here’s what’s not covered in this plan.

  1. Physiotherapy at home is not covered, if the covered person has taken a forced discharge/self-discharge from the hospital without undergoing the full treatment.
  2. Except for above locations, no other locations will be covered.
