  • Standard Fire And Special Perils Cover

    Fire and special perils

    Claim the repair or replacement cost if your luxury sanitary fittings get damaged or destroyed because of an accidental fire, riot, implosion, explosion, bursting of pipes/tanks/sprinklers, environmental disaster or any other specified peril.

  • Accidental Damage Cover

    Accidental damage

    The plan covers the repair and replacement costs in case of accidental damage to your luxury fittings, provided they were installed at the insured premises as per the Certificate of Insurance when the damage occurred.

    Coverage is applicable as per the invoice value, up to a maximum of the sum insured.

  • What’s not covered

  • Loss due to pollution or contamination

    The plan does not cover damage to luxury fittings because of pollution or contamination.

  • Delay In Insurance Application

    Fittings older than 30 days

    If you fail to get the fittings insured within 30 days of buying them, you cannot claim the benefits of this policy. The date on the invoice will be considered as the purchase date.

  • Deductibles

    A deductible amounting to the first 5% of the claim amount is applicable on every claim unless specifically revised and altered by the insurer and mentioned in the Certificate of Insurance. The deductible will be a minimum of Rs. 1,000 for a sum insured of up to Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 2,000 for a sum insured of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 50,000.

  • Loss due to an act of terrorism

    Damage or loss to luxury fittings caused directly or indirectly by any terrorist activity will not be covered.
