Making payments is easier with various payment channels availed by BFL,
you can select the suitable channel to make your overdue payment

Simply click on the payment channel to know the process and more details–

Choose suitable payment channel and pay your loan account outstanding to improve your credit ratings. Using the above payment channels you can pay your overdue amount, these payment channels should not be used for any kind of advance payment.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that timely payment of EMI will ensure good credit history and improved CIBIL score. It will also ensure no bounce charges are levied. You are requested to keep your account sufficiently funded before the due date to avoid any bounce.


Process for payment using online payment channel (Net Banking or Debit Card)

Step 1: Visit www.bajajfinserv.in > click on Pay Online > Emi Overdue

Step 2: Enter your 16 digit Loan Account Number

Step 3: You will get your Loan Account Details on the screen, tick the LAN and update the amount and your contact details then click on proceed

Step 4: You will be directed to bank site, enter your correct option required (Net Banking / Debit Card) and then update the account / card details and complete the payment

Click on below tab "Online Payment" to pay your dues through Net banking or Debit Card.



Process for Payment at Bajaj Finserv Branch:

Step 1: Visit your nearest Bajaj Finserv Branch

Step 2: Carry your LAN or Customer ID for payment (You can do partial payment / full payment / foreclosure of your Loan account)

Step 3: Connect with cashier at the Bajaj Finserv Branch and provide your details to the cashier, he will verify the details

  • Loan Account Number
  • Customer Name
  • Customer ID
  • EMI amount
  • Date of Birth
  • Registered Mobile Number

Step 4: You can make the payment only through cash mode (after the demonetization of old Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes, the two denominations are no longer accepted), and you can handover the cash to the cashier and get the receipt for the payment made.

Payment will reflect in your Loan Account Statement immediately



Process for Payment at Bajaj Finserv Service Branch:

Bajaj Finserv has introduced Service Branches in Metro markets in view ease of customers to connect Bajaj Finserv with more service points, process for payment at Bajaj Finserv Service Branch is same as Bajaj Finserv Branch

Step 1: Visit your nearest Bajaj Finserv Service Branch

Step 2: Carry your LAN or Customer ID for payment (You can do partial payment / full payment / foreclosure of your Loan account)

Step 3: Connect with cashier at the Bajaj Finserv Branch and provide your details to the cashier, cashier will verify the details

  • Loan Account Number
  • Customer Name
  • Customer ID
  • EMI amount
  • Date of Birth
  • Registered Mobile Number

Step 4: You can make the payment only through cash mode (after the demonetization of old Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes, the two denominations are no longer accepted), and you can handover the cash to the cashier and get the receipt for the payment made.

Process for Payment at Axis Bank Branch:

Dear Customer,

Now paying your overdue charges became easier. You can walk in to your closest Axis Bank branch and pay your overdue charges. Alternatively, you can also pay through our online Customer Portal on our website.

Follow the below mentioned steps to process your payment:

Step 1: Visit your nearest Axis Bank Branch. (Please visit during regular banking hours of the concerned branch)

Step 2: Fill up the following details in the regular Axis Bank pay-in-slips:

  • Payee Name : Bajaj Finance Limited
  • Account Number : Mention your 14 digit Loan Account Number
  • Contact Details: Mention your mobile number for us to get in touch with you in case of any error
  • Date of Birth: Required to validate your account number before updating the payment

Step 3: Make payment with deposition slip to bank’s cash counter

Step 4: Collect the payment receipt from Axis Bank’s cash counter. The cashier will hand over a receipt for amount tendered. Refer to the ‘Transaction Number’ for all future correspondence. Retain the acknowledgement receipt given by bank for your records. Payment status will get updated in your account with Bajaj Finserv by evening.



Pay at POS - Process for Payment at Dealer Point:

This payment channel is recently introduced hence this service is currently available in Metro Markets only, same will be extended to other markets shortly.

Step 1: Visit your nearest Dealer point

Step 2: Carry your LAN or Customer ID for payment

Step 3: You can do partial payment / full payment / foreclosure of your Loan account

Step 4: Connect with cashier at dealer point and provide your details to the cashier, cashier will verify the details

  • Loan Account Number
  • Customer Name
  • Customer ID
  • EMI amount
  • Date of Birth
  • Registered Mobile Number

Step 5: You can make payment only through cash, so handover the cash to the cashier and get the receipt.

Payment will reflect in your Loan Account Statement immediately
