Getting Started with the Bajaj Finserv App: A Guide

These days, just about everything from grocery shopping to consulting your doctor can be done through your mobile device. Managing your finances and investment should be no different. The Bajaj Finserv App is your one-stop solution to all the services provided by Bajaj Finserv. Apart from using the wallet for bill payments, you can access all post-loan services and investment services through this app. You must download the app only through the Google Play Store (to install the app on Android devices) and through iOS (to install the app on Apple iPhones). Let’s see what you can do through your Finserv App –

  • View and manage active relations - You can view all the active loans and investment products through the app. You can download your financial statements from the app. You can also view closed loans and investments

  • Make payments - You can securely make EMI payments, payments towards investments, foreclosure of loans through the app

  • View pre-approved offers - As an existing customer of Bajaj Finserv, you become eligible for certain pre-approved offers. You can view these through the app

  • Raise requests – You can raise a request and view its status through the app

  1. Once you download the app, you will be prompted to enter your registered phone number

  2. Enter the OTP sent in your phone and click on the orange ‘Submit’ button

  3. You will now be prompted to enter and confirm a 4 digit MPin. This MPin provides you access to your financial data and should be kept secure

  4. Once you enter and confirm the MPin, enter your email address and click on the orange 'Confirm' button

How to raise a request

How to raise a request

  1. To raise a request, visit the Help and Support menu

  2. Here you can view the category you need help with - Loan, Deposits, Insurance, Cards, Loan Payments/Drawdown, Profile Details.

  3. Once you click on the product, you can find all active and closed requests. Here you can check the status of the requests or raise a new request through the orange button.

Alternatively, you can also raise a request by clicking on the orange button on the Request History screen.

You can enter the Query Type, Sub Query Type and elaborate on your issue when you raise a request. You can also attach supporting documents on this screen.

Once you click on the 'Submit' button for the new request, you will receive a confirmation that your request has been raised. A customer support executive will reach out to you within 2 business days to help resolve your query.

  • Whether you are an existing customer or not, you can email us your query by visiting the ‘Contact Us’ section on the Bajaj Finserv website. (‘Contact Us >> Click on support)

  • You can also take assistance from Blu – our 24x7 virtual assistant. Simply click on the Ask Blu icon on Bajaj FInserv website, enter your registered mobile, enter OTP, and share your query details in the chatbox.

  • You can also raise a request via the Bajaj Finance Customer Portal or the Bajaj Finserv mobile app. (https://bfin.in/contactus_new.aspx)
