The steps are as follows:
The applicant has to log in to the procurement portal of HUDA Haryana, and visit the main page. On clicking the sign-up button, they will be allowed to fill in the necessary details and generate the login details, which they can use for participating in the e-auction event later.
Those qualifying in the HUDA plots e-auction are required to deposit 10% of the bid amount, passport-sized photos, and a self-attested copy of the PAN card of the signatory. Cooperative societies must also submit certified copies of the resolution of their society and certified copies of their bylaws.
HUDA Affordable Housing Schemes have other terms and conditions as well. These stipulate that any person can be the member of a maximum of five cooperative societies. However, in the e-auction, he/she can retain the membership of only one successful society. The member can possess only one flat or share in a society. The member must not own any plot, flat, or house in his/her name or in the name of his or her spouse or dependent children in the same urban estate of HUDA where he or she is applying for membership. Organisations with Indian residents as members can apply.
