Online loan against fixed deposit
In case of emergencies, you can withdraw prematurely from the fixed deposit after the initial lock-in period of 3 months. However, to avoid loss of interest, you can choose to avail of a loan against your fixed deposit. In a cumulative fixed deposit, the loan amount can be up to 60 % of FD value & in a non-cumulative fixed deposit, the loan amount can be up to 75 % of FD value.
