People Who Power
Our Purpose

Our people are at the heart of how we serve customers and create long-term value. We are committed to giving them a safe workplace, a culture of ownership and the room to grow.

Our Employee Charter reflects this commitment through a clear Human Rights Statement that upholds equal opportunity, zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, harassment, forced and child labour, and a safe, healthy and growth-oriented environment for everyone.

Building India's Workforce

BFS is one of India's largest employment generators. We are now 113,000+ strong, with 35,000+ new colleagues joining us in FY2026 across India's cities and small towns.

‘One Finserv', our group-wide platform for human capital development, creates meaningful opportunities for colleagues to build careers across our businesses. Guiding this journey is the Bajaj Finserv Culture Wheel, anchored in

our Founder's Ethos and built around four leadership mindsets – growth mindset, customer obsession, being responsible and talent building, supported by behaviours that encourage continuous transformation, innovation, delegation and development, and always doing the right thing.

Preparing Our People for an AI-first Culture

As we reimagine businesses through AI, we are equally committed to reimagining the employee experience. Rather than buying capability, we are building it within our companies.

Through our Grow from Within initiative, we continue to identify, nurture and advance high-performing talent.

Inclusion Strengthens Innovation

Innovation thrives when diverse perspectives come together. Our approach to diversity, equity and inclusion is embedded across our businesses through equitable opportunities, inclusive policies and a culture where everyone feels valued. In FY2026, women's representation increased to nearly 14%.

Learning Without Limits

Learning is central to building a future-ready organisation. Our One Finserv Talent platform enables employees to explore opportunities seamlessly across Group companies through a common job evaluation framework and an integrated internal job portal.

During FY2026, BFS companies invested ₹44 crore in learning and development while strengthening leadership pipelines at every stage of the

career journey, from campus programmes such as the Group Young Leaders Programme (GYLP) and Group Finance Associate Programme (GFAP) to the 30-Under-30 initiative and structured development for senior leaders. These, along with several other initiatives, are building a leadership cadre of 1,000 future leaders over the next four to five years.

Well-being that Enables Performance

We believe that sustainable performance of an organisation begins with the holistic well-being of its employees. When people feel supported emotionally, physically and financially, they perform better, build stronger customer relationships and create long-term value.

Our year-round well-being framework combines preventive care, expert guidance and peer support across every stage of an employee's journey.

In FY2026, employees had access to Emotional Care Champions, confidential counselling, parental support, yoga and fitness sessions, women's health webinars, walkathons, preventive screenings, maternity and gynaecological consultations, crisis response support, dedicated DEI HR partners and regular well-being engagements.
