The centenary was celebrated at a mega event in Mumbai with prominent members of the Bajaj family addressing and engaging with leading personalities from public life, media and celebrities. The occasion was also graced by a letter by Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to the Bajaj family, recognising the Bajaj Group's contributions to nation-building.
Speaking at the event, Sanjiv Bajaj, Chairman and Managing Director, Bajaj Finserv, said the 'next 100 will be about building ecosystems' that use AI and next-gen technologies to expand access to finance, enhance efficiencies and experiences.

Started under the leadership of Shri Jamnalal Bajaj, the Bajaj Group has been a part of India's industrial and economic landscape through many phases of our nation's development. It has grown into a diversified company with operations across various sectors, which serve customers both in India and across the world.
Over the decades, the Bajaj Group has played an important role in nation-building by creating jobs, fostering innovation and supporting community development. Milestones such as this are an opportunity to reflect on key contributions, as well as to renew commitment towards growth, sustainability and inclusive progress.
India is moving forward with new aspirations in manufacturing, innovation and global competitiveness. Institutions with deep roots and experience such as the Bajaj Group have an important role to play in shaping the journey towards Viksit Bharat by 2047.

Rahul Bajaj carried a legacy that began with his grandfather, Jamnalal Bajaj. That legacy lives on in the institutions he built, the entrepreneurs he inspired, and the millions of Indians whose lives his vision touched. At the event, we paid him a live tribute by Ricky Kej, Grammy Award winner and globally acclaimed composer.
Ricky Kej and his troupe also presented a specially composed musical symphony for the Bajaj Group at the '100 Years of Bajaj' event.

Across sport, music, fitness and community health, the Bajaj Group's centenary year was defined by our reaffirmation to our Founder's conviction: Business must serve society. From championship courts to open-air plank arenas, from digital auditions in villages to marathons, Bajaj Finserv created opportunities, giving wings to citizens' aspirations.
The Bajaj Group was a Platinum Sponsor of the Chennai Open 2025. The Group also partnered with the Tamil Nadu Tennis Association (TNTA) for 'The Next Level', a player development programme providing crucial financial and infrastructural support, including coaching, equipment, travel and mentorship to promising young tennis players.
In the world of music, Bajaj Dhuniverse brought 64,000 aspirants from across India on to a single digital stage, with legendary composers Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy selecting finalists whose voices represent the breadth and depth of India's musical heritage. The grand finale in Mumbai crowned Ratnika Shrivastava as the Voice of the Nation.
On the streets, the Bajaj Pune Marathon drew thousands of runners with over 31% of them women, to participate alongside global icons - Noah Lyles and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce.
Fittingly, we closed our centenary with a Guinness World Records™ title for the largest abdominal plank at the Bajaj Plankathon 2026, an event that was attended by actor Vicky Kaushal. However, the true measure of a century well-lived is not a record broken, but lives changed. At the event, Bajaj Finserv reaffirmed its commitment to improving lives of children by committing to medical treatment for 100,000 children battling cancer, Type 1 diabetes, heart ailments and epilepsy.
