An EMI card helps you to convert your purchases into easy EMIs. It acts as a pre-approved loan and can be used to buy your favourite durable, digital, lifestyle products (such as furniture and gym equipment), retail products (such as clothes, footwear, accessories, eyewear and small appliances), hotel stay and book holidays through travel agencies on EMI Finance** by simply transacting using your card at our partner retail outlet.

** EMI Finance option is available on select products/brands/dealerships, and may vary from time to time as per scheme availability.


Q2. How can I access the EMI card on the Bajaj Finserv Wallet Mobile App?

You can view your EMI card number along with available loan limit, EMI offers, our partner stores near you, and your active and closed loans with us on Bajaj Finserv Wallet mobile app. Download the Bajaj Finserv Wallet app on Play Store or App Store. Login to the app using your mobile number and OTP and you’re all set to view your EMI Card along with its limit and your active loan details. You can also give a missed call to 9278066666to get a link to download the app.


Q3.What are the benefits of EMI Card on Bajaj Finserv Wallets mobile app?

    You will be able to view:

Q4. Where can I use this card?

You can use this card across any BFL partner outlets across categories like mobile phones, computing devices, retail fashion (clothes, accessories, travel, groceries, small appliances and much more), electronics and appliances, power backup, holiday packages, eye-ware, education (coaching classes), watches, etc. in more than 250 cities in India. This card is now accepted across more than 25,000 stores in India. You can view the Bajaj Finserv partner stores where you can use your card in EMI option under stores tab on Bajaj Finserv wallets app.


Q5. Q5. What is the loan amount on the EMI card?

The limit on the card is the loan amount assigned to you by BFL. This loan amount varies from Rs.30,000 to Rs.3,00,000.


Q6. What will be the tenure of my EMI loan?

You can decide a tenure which suits you from the various options available at our partner retail outlets.


Q7. How do I get an EMI Card?

To get an EMI Card, visit our partner stores to avail the cards. On approval, you will be get a link on SMS to download the Bajaj Finserv Wallets mobile app. You can access your EMI Card on the app.


Q8. What are the documents that I need to submit to get an EMI Card?

You need to submit your government issued ID proof, address proof, cancelled cheque, one passport size photograph and a signed NACH mandate form to the document collection executive.


Q9. Do I have to make any down payment when I transact using my card?

It depends on the product you are looking to purchase. Certain categories like Gym, travel, etc may involve a nominal down payment. Otherwise there is no down payment.


Q10. Is EMI card a credit card?

The EMI Card is not a credit card. By using this card our customers can purchase any durable, digital, lifestyle or retail products with minimal documentation.


Q11. Can someone else use the EMI Card on my behalf?

For safety and security reasons, we recommend that only the card holder uses the EMI Card for making purchases. The liability of the loan taken using the EMI Card rests solely with the holder of the EMI Card.


Q12. Can I apply for family card(s)?

Yes, you can apply for family cards for up to 2 family members.


Q13. How do I repay the loan availed of on my EMI card?

You can repay the loan anytime, by paying your balance outstanding through Equated Monthly Installments. In case you need more details, please feel free to write to wecare@bajajfinserv.in quoting your loan account number.


Q14. Do I get any dealer discounts / offers with this card?

Yes. You will be eligible for various dealer offers and promotions by our authorized dealers from time to time. You can view these offers on Bajaj Finserv Wallets mobile app. The offers will also be communicated to you via e-mail or SMS from time to time


Q15. Do I need to pay a charge to the retailer for any transaction I make on the EMI Card?

You may or may not need to pay any additional transaction charges, depending on the schemes running at the Dealership at that point of time.


Q16. What if I lose the card and someone else uses it to make purchases?

You can contact 020 – 3957 5152 to get your card blocked. For safety and security reasons, we recommend that only the card holder uses the EMI Card for making purchases. The liability of the loan taken using the EMI Card rests solely with the EMI Card holder.

Q17. What if I lose my smartphone on which I had logged in to Bajaj Finserv Wallets app and linked my EMI Card?

We recommend you to call us at 020 – 3957 5152 to place a request to update your phone number or block your card.


Q18. How do I get my EMI Card statement?

You can view your transaction details online on the Customer Portal. Simply log in using your username and password. Your login details are printed on the reverse of your EMI Card. You can also write to wecare@bajajfinserv.in or call us 020 – 3957 5152 (Call charges applicable) to get the details.


Q19. Where can I get my Customer Portal username and password?

Your login details are printed on the reverse of your EMI Card or you can send an SMS EXPERIA to +91 92275 64444 from your registered mobile to get the username and password.


Q20. How do I download Experia app?

To get Experia app SMS EMI to 56070.


Q21 How can I update the change of contact details?

For any change of your registered contact details like - home address, email address, mobile and telephone number, you will have to login and update the same in our the customer portal.


Q22. What should I do if my EMI Card gives an error while swiping?

Our representatives at the partner outlet will be there to assist you. In case your problem is not resolved, please call us at 020 – 3957 5152 (Call charges applicable).


Q23. What do I have to do to return the card physically?

In case you wish to return the card, kindly cut the card in two and return it to: First Source Solutions Ltd, C/o EMI Card, Bajaj Finance Ltd., 4th Floor, Bajaj Finserv Corporate Office, Off Pune - Ahmednagar Road, Viman Nagar, Pune - 411014


Q24.What is the validity of the EMI Card?

Card validity is mentioned on your EMI Card. You can also check the details through your Experia login id and password or call up the customer care number 020-3957-5152.

Q25.Can I get a replacement of the EMI card if my existing EMI card is lost, stolen or damaged?

You can call up the customer care number 020-3957-5152 for placing a request to block your lost Card and reissuance of a new Card. Card Fees for reissued cards is applicable as per Policy.


Q26. What should I do if I want to return the card?

Call the customer care 020 - 3957 5152. If you are calling from a non- registered mobile number, please keep your 7-digit customer ID handy for verification.
