What are the Steps to Apply for EC Through Dharani Portal?
Encumbrance certificates are issued for a specific requested time only. When applying for an encumbrance certificate online, there are two variants of EC available for download. These include:
Form 15: This encumbrance certificate is issued if the concerned property has previous encumbrances in the time specified on your application form
Form 16:A nil encumbrance certificate is issued when no charges are placed on an asset during a specified time
