Group Protect - Counselling Cover 2 from Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Ltd. offers coverage to children between the age of 2 and 18 to help them consult a nutritionist, a psychologist, and a general practitioner.

Plan Details

Children can get unlimited teleconsultations with a nutritionist, psychologist, or general practitioner for an affordable premium of Rs. 678. 

Eligibility: This plan can be taken for children between the age of 2 and 18, as on the last birthday. 

Plan Validity: The plan is valid for a tenor of one year.

What is Not Covered / Exclusions

Here's what is not covered under this plan:

  1. Physical consultation (OPD)
  2. Treatment for patients of ages above 18 years of age
  3. In-patient treatment expenses

    How to avail this service:
    • You will receive a link from GetVisit through email and SMS
    • Use the link to set password using your registered mobile number
    • Click on ‘Consultation’ tab and check the live availability of Doctors. Fill the details for appointment booking.
    • Click on ‘Request Appointment’
    • You will receive an appointment request confirmation notification on SMS and Email
    • You will get a call within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment
    • Services available from Monday to Saturday (8:00 Am to 9:00 Pm)
    • Appointments can be cancelled and rescheduled from the portal itself
    • Once appointment is done you will receive the confirmation SMS for the prescription, alternatively you can view it under consultation tab
    • Appointments can be cancelled and rescheduled from the same portal
    • Once the appointment is scheduled, you will receive the confirmation SMS for generation of prescription
    • User receives the Bitly link to check the prescription. The same can be viewed under consultation tab

How to Apply

Click on ‘Apply Now’ button and share your basic details in the online application form

Check and confirm your application by entering the OTP received on your mobile number

Pay the premium via credit/debit card, UPI, mobile wallet, or any other available online payment mode

You will receive the details of your membership via email/WhatsApp
