With ATM Safeguard Plan from CPP Group India, you can get coverage against financial losses in the event of robberies while you are withdrawing money from an ATM.

    ATM Safeguard Plan offers coverage up to Rs. 50, 000 at nominal membership fees starting from Rs. 749. Make the payment from any of your preferred online payment modes.

    Here’s what’s covered under this plan:

  • Block credit/debit cards instantly

    The plan allows you to block all your debit/credit cards with a single phone call. This facility could be beneficial if you ever lose your wallet containing all your payment cards.

  • Credit health report

    You can avail of a detailed analysis of your current credit score with credit health report benefit.

  • Doctor on call

    You can reach out to qualified doctors for unlimited consultations. You can also get clinical advice via mobile app or phone.

  • Emergency travel assistance

    The plan offers several additional features including emergency financial assistance if you are stranded, while on a trip. You can avail of advance money of up to Rs. 20,000 in India and up to Rs. 40,000 abroad.

  • ATM robbery

    Get reimbursed for the money you withdraw from any ATM around the world using your ATM card, in the event of a robbery occurring within 15 minutes of withdrawing the money.

  • Bodily injuries

    The plan offers reimbursement for any expenses incurred on emergency first-aid for bodily injury suffered during a robbery.

  • What’s Not Covered

    Here are some of the exclusions under the plan:

  • Third-party damages and losses

    The plan does not cover the liabilities of, or damages caused to any third party.

  • Any other damages or losses

    Damages or losses related to anything other than the money you withdrew from your account are not covered under the plan.

  • Damages or liabilities outside the coverage period

    Damages or liabilities that happened before or after the policy term are not covered under the ATM Safeguard Plan.

  • Emergency first aid for others

    Any expense incurred on the emergency first aid for any other person other than the insured person is not covered under the plan.

How To Apply

Here are the steps to apply for the plan:

  • Click on ‘Buy Now’ button and share your basic details in the online application form
  • Check and confirm your application by entering the OTP received on your mobile number
  • Pay the premium via credit/debit card, UPI, mobile wallet, or any other available online payment mode
  • You will receive the details of your membership via email/WhatsApp

To raise a claim, you can reach out to the insurer within 24 hours of the incident through one of the following ways:

For ATM assault/robbery related claims
• Call on 18002667780 or 1800-22-9966 (only for senior citizen plan holders), or
• SMS ‘Claims’ to 5616181

Documents Required To Raise A Claim

Here are the documents required for raising a claim:

  • KYC documents
  • Travel safe membership letter
  • Duly filled claim form
  • Claim intimation within 24 hrs
  • FIR copy, in case of burglary or theft
