• Air conditioners older than one year

  
  At the time of purchasing the AC Extended Warranty+ plan, your air conditioner should not be older than one year.

• Pre-existing defects

  
  If there are pre-existing defects in the AC at the time of buying the plan, then damages due to that are not covered. Also, loss or damage due to restoration process is not covered.

• Mechanical or electrical breakdown

  
  Mechanical or electrical breakdown caused by overloading, strain, over-running, freezing, excessive pressure, or short-circuit.

• Damage due to normal wear & tear of the appliance

  
  Loss or damage due to or consequent upon wear and tear and/or gradual deterioration of the appliance.

You can follow the steps given below to buy the AC Extended Warranty + plan:

• Step 1: Click on ‘Buy Now’ and fill in your name and mobile number. Enter the OTP received on the mobile number.


• Step 2: Fill in your details: name, residential address, date of birth, email address, AC’s brand name, price of the device, date of invoice and item identity number in the application form.


• Step 3: Click on ‘Pay Now’ and make the payment using either of the following mediums: credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, or UPI.


• Step 4: Once the payment is successful, you can download the policy document.


 

To raise a claim, please call on 1800-419-4000 within 24 hours of losing the wallet because of any reason covered under the plan. You may also write an email to feedback@cppindia.com for any claim-related queries.
