Accidental death
An insured sportsperson’s family members will be covered if an injury sustained in an event mentioned in the policy results in the policy holder’s demise within 365 days of the accident.
Note: The cover will automatically be terminated once the claim is accepted and the amount is released.
Policy definitions::
Professional sportsperson – An individual who earns a living out of sports full-time or whose only source of income is sports.
Semi-professional sportsperson – An individual for whom professional sports is a secondary source of income, with another occupation as the primary source.
