With Group Care 360 – Mobility Extension cover from Care Health Insurance Ltd., one can avail coverage for Permanent Total Disablement (PTD) up to Rs. 10,000 and coverage for mobility extension up to Rs. 10,000.

Plan Details

The plan offers coverage for Permanent Total Disablement up to Rs. 10,000 and coverage for mobility extension up to Rs. 10,000 at a premium of Rs. 212 (including GST). The same remains valid for a period of 1 year.

    Permanent Total Disablement

    Coverage is offered if the insured member suffers an injury during the cover period, which directly results in the insured member’s permanent total disablement within 12 months from the date of accident (including date of accident), insured will be paid as per the below ‘PTD table’.

    Mobility Extension

    Insured will get monetary benefit upto Rs. 10,000 for procuring medically necessary prosthetic devices (artificial devices replacing body parts, including artificial legs, arms or eyes), orthopedic braces (including but not limited to arm, back or neck braces) and durable medical equipment (including but not limited to wheelchairs and Hospital beds) which fulfills the Insured Member’s basic mobility needs, consequent to an Injury for which a Claim is payable under Permanent Total Disablement.

  • Money-in-bank

    Doctor’s advice

    Consequent to an Injury for which a Claim is payable under Permanent Total Disablement and provided that such devices or equipment are procured on the written advice of the treating Medical Practitioner.
