Terms & Conditions

  1. This conditional In-Principal Approval is valid, subject to: (i) your acceptance and execution of terms & conditions of the loan-cum-hypothecation agreement and submission/execution of documentation as may be specified by BFL; and (ii) meeting BFL internal credit criteria after verification of your CIBIL / any other Credit records.
  2. You are requested to visit the Dealer premises whose details are given above to complete the loan documentation and other formalities to the satisfaction of BFL.
  3. Depending on the outcome of the due diligence carried out by BFL, there may be variance in the final loan amount and may not exactly match with the In-Principal Approval amount. In such case, you may either chose to pay the differential amount or chose an alternate Vehicle variant within your loan eligibility amount confirmed by BFL.
  4. Bajaj Finance Limited reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel this In-Principal Approval letter at its sole discretion.
  5. Applicant(s) should NOT be construed this In-Principal Approval letter as any commitment on the part of BFL, unless upon meeting the criteria laid down by BFL under this In-Principal Approval letter to the fullest satisfaction of BFL.
  6. The offer under this In-Principal Approval letter is valid up to seven (7) days from the date of this letter. In case if the conditions stipulated above are not met within the timeline mentioned above to the satisfaction of BFL, this In-Principal Approval letter shall stand automatically cancelled, without requirement of any further notice.
